Today, Yew Seng Heng Construction boasts a sizable team comprising qualified project managers, coordinators and engineers, all of whom are well versed with the industry. In particular, our founders each possess over 30 years’ experience in the construction sector. At Yew Seng Heng Construction, we believe in constantly upgrading our people and equipping them with new skills. We regularly sponsor our staff for courses at the BCA Academy and other accredited institutions, and support them through degree programmes, thus assuring our clients of excellent service and high safety standards. 

Beyond our core team, we work with seasoned subcontractors who hold proven track records in their respective fields, and screen them to ensure they adhere to our rigorous quality and safety standards.
