It is with this engineering and business expertise gained over 30 years in the industry that Edmund co-founded Yew Seng Heng Construction, with a focus on design and build construction projects.<\/div><div data-promo-open-duration=\"2000\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"gLFyf i4ySpb gsfi\" data-promo-open-duration=\"2000\">He currently spearheads the company\u2019s operations, driving customer-oriented service and strategic business direction. A firm believer in a customer-first strategy, Edmund invests in equipment and training for all staff to ensure they deliver quality service and skilled workmanship within the shortest possible time.<\/div><div data-promo-open-duration=\"2000\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"gLFyf i4ySpb gsfi\" data-promo-open-duration=\"2000\">At the same time, he actively seeks out new avenues for business growth while upholding industry best practices and government regulations. In his capacity as Project Director with our Group, Bryan has delivered projects to a variety of property forms that have included, high rise residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.<\/p><p>Since stepping into the construction sector in 1999, Bryan has gained a broad spectrum of experience ranging from small to large-scale developments in various sectors of the industry.<\/p><p>Combined with his excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills, Bryan has excelled in a variety of challenging environments in all facets of the industry whilst acting in the capacities of a Developer, Main Contractor and Sub Contractor.<\/p><p>His strong project management and technical background has ensured the successful delivery of quality projects within stringent budgets and time lines.
